1. Eat at one of the best restaurants in Havana - El Del Frente. Cuba isn't known for good food but this place has yummy food with a reasonable price. We went there three times within the first three days. Get there smoothies/frozen lemonade/mojito - amazing and so refreshing!! 2. Stay at an Airbnb, also known as a casa particulare, to enjoy a real Cuban experience. Our Airbnb hosts even provide a home cooked breakfast every morning with fresh guava juice, ham, and eggs. Hotels are overpriced and you should just visit them when you need wifi. 3. Ride in an old 1950s car around the city for a city tour. Recommend taking it to Morro Castle and along the Malecon! 4. Sit outside one of the bars/restaurants on Plaza Vieja to enjoy some Cuban music and people salsa dancing. 5. Head over to Cueva Saturno (it's technically in Varadero) but it is beautiful and magical and you can even swim in the clear blue water!
